In addition to his impressive professional experience, Simon has also worked as a private chef for parliamentary VIPs, the All Blacks, the Blackcaps, and the International Football Federation, among others. He's even been chosen as the function caterer for various New Zealand television and radio personalities. He has also catered for many weddings.

But what truly sets Simon apart is his passion for teaching kids how to cook.
He knows the importance of instilling a love for cooking and healthy eating in kids from a young age. Under Simon's guidance, Kitchen Kidz provides a fun and interactive way for kids to learn how to cook delicious 'Fold and Hold' street-food style meals for Kidz and Families.

Simon is a highly accomplished chef who has received numerous accolades throughout his career. In particular, he has been recognized for his outstanding beef and lamb dishes at the Beef and Lamb Excellence Awards.
In 2008, Simon won two Gold Plate awards for his Beef and Lamb dishes, both of which received Excellence awards. Then, in 2016, Simon won two more Gold Plate awards for his Beef and Lamb dishes, again receiving Excellence. These awards are a testament to Simon's skill and passion for creating exceptional dishes that showcase the best of New Zealand's beef and lamb.
